There will be future Qawqal Build Classes. There will only ever be one Founding Class. V2's terms reflect the company's current pre-seed stage; future classes can use different terms.
Nine seats · one mission
Ninety days to ship V2.
Selected builders work directly on Qawqal's next-generation superapp and own a named system end to end — not a queue of tickets.
9Seats in the Founding Class. There will never be a tenth.
0.25%+Baseline equity for each builder who completes the ninety days, vesting in three tranches across the class. Where a seat carries unusual scope, or a builder takes on more than it, the equity grant can be larger. You become a shareholder in Qawqal — subject to formal grant documents and future dilution.
25h+Focused build hours a week, with a demo every Friday. We don't police timesheets; the demo does.
$4,500Founding Builder Bonus, written into your agreement and paid when our first institutional round closes — before the founders take salary.
Nine seats across five disciplines. Each seat owns one named system of V2, end to end.
